"What one learns about oneself is etched more deeply than any knowledge."

Introduction: The Continuity of the Inner Journey

After discovering one’s resource place, inner house, and cave of treasures, comes the time for movement — the time for integration, renewal, and the return to life.

The place of learning and the cascade of well-being represent two sides of the same process: to learn and to release.

Both are spaces of transmission and transformation.

One enlightens the mind, the other purifies the body and the heart.

Together, they contribute to the unity of being.

The Place of Learning: The Living Memory of Knowledge

This place is not an ordinary school.

It reflects each person uniquely: sometimes a suspended library, an amphitheater beneath a great tree, or a bright room where thoughts drift like birds.

It is a place of intuitive knowledge — the kind one does not receive but remembers having always known.

When a person creates their place of learning, they reveal a wisdom already inscribed within consciousness.

The learnings there are manifold: some develop creativity; others strengthen confidence, while others release old habits to welcome new ones.

In some sessions, a symbolic clone is created to learn on the person’s behalf —it studies, repeats, understands, and later reintegrates the knowledge into the person’s awareness.

This imagery, inspired by Ericksonian hypnosis and Jungian metaphors, gives form to the principle of continuous evolution: we can grow within ourselves, at any time, even in silence.

The Story of Julien and the Suspended School

Julien, thirty-two, suffered from a persistent feeling of failure.

"I’ve tried everything, but nothing stays," he said.

During his session, he arrived in a vast space of golden mist, where a school floated in the sky.

Inside, he created versions of himself — reading, drawing, experimenting, laughing.

At the center appeared a teacher — an older image of himself — smiling.

Julien sat down, took a book, and began to read.

Even without understanding the words, he knew he knew.

"It’s strange," he said. "I feel that I know."

In the following days, he regained confidence, focus, and fluidity. His place of learning had awakened in him the memory of possibility.

The Cascade of Well-Being: The Regenerative Passage

If the place of learning nourishes, the cascade releases.

It can be created at any moment and appears whenever it is needed.

It acts as a natural outlet of purification.

Its symbolism is universal: flowing water carries away tension, pain, and traces of the past.

Beneath the cascade, the symbolic body sheds what it no longer wishes to bear.Emotions settle, thoughts clear, energy flows anew.

Some see in this water a liquid light; others hear a song. The form doesn’t matter — the cascade is the place of renewal.

It reminds us that well-being is not a fixed state but a current. We do not possess it; we attune to it.

Therapeutic Meaning

The place of learning and the cascade of well-being are two poles of the same inner process.

One opens consciousness to new possibilities; the other clears what prevents them from taking form.

Like the resource place, the inner house, and the cave of treasures, both foster autonomy: a person learns to nourish themselves, to regenerate without dependence.

This symbolic work offers a tangible understanding:knowledge and release are not opposites — they complete each other.

To learn is to bring light.

To let go is to let that light move freely.

Conclusion

The place of learning and the cascade of well-being are among the many passages of the inner odyssey.

They unite knowledge and fluidity, clarity and rest.

They remind us that evolution is not effort, but balance.

That learning is also resting.

And that purification is preparation for receiving.

Close your eyes.

Hear the murmur of the water, feel the clarity of the air.

Let this current pass through you.

For everything you seek, you learn within yourself.

And everything you learn, you become.
